I n September 1999, the company's first takeaway concept, Jackpot Noodles opened its door on George Street, opposite to the Treasury Casino, hence the name 'Jackpot'. The original Jackpot Noodles could only seat 20 people. Its success proved the feasibility of this concept, the market craves for a quality Asian placescuisine at affordable price and exceptional speed. That provided the launch of Jackpot Noodles Restaurants in 2001. Now seats 80 with liquor license at the corner of Albert & Mary Street.Jackpot Noodles is a unique restaurant that combined the gourmet-style Chinese cuisine with a quick-serve format. Majority of the dishes can be prepared and served within two to five minutes after the order is placed. This is one of the reasons why Jackpot Noodles enjoyed such popularity among its customers. Early 2004 the company opened its third restaurant in the highly populated university suburb of Toowong. April 2006 the company opened its fourth restaurant in the trendy inner city suburb of West End. Currently there are three Jackpot Noodles in Brisbane. |
